For Airport, Downtown Hotels & the Greyhound Terminal:


Upon arrival at Pittsburgh International Airport, proceed to the landside terminal, lower level, exit through the "commercial" doors, and proceed to the taxi stand area on the curb where you will find waiting cabs. There is no need to put in a request at the Airport.

 
All major hotels in the downtown area have taxis waiting outside their front doors.  In other areas of the city, look for "taxi stands."

 

For pickup at Greyhound, proceed to the taxi stand outside the front doors. 

Your RideCharge order is a request and not a reservations for a pick-up at an exact time.

Pittsburgh Yellow Cab will attempt to pick you up as close to the request time as possible.  Your call for a cab is a request, Yellow Cab cannot guarantee a Reservation for an exact time.  Please allow for additional travel time when requesting a cab.

Please note, Yellow Cab WILL NOT call you regarding the disposition of your Taxi request.

Yellow Cab DOES NOT PROVIDE Car Seats.  Please have a car seat for your child.

Child Car Seat Laws

  • Kids under four must ride in a federally-approved car seat or booster.
  • Kids between four and eight must ride in a booster if they have outgrown a safety seat.
  • Kids between eight and 18 must use a seat belt
